James:

Too bad you guys stop providing the ready to install product for immediate download.

I was hoping to evaluate the latest version 4x of your product. I have given up waiting for someone to contact me a day later (never).

I guess I will have to restrict my considerations to the industry leaders.

My large military client may have benefitted from this product's economy and feature set.

Now where did I put my Xensource and Vmware DVDs?

admin:

James -- sorry that you haven't heard from anybody about your download. I've sent you a license key and download links via e-mail. /admin

Morty Douglass:

Hi Admin, I two have been trying to download the latest version to see if it addresses some performance issues that we are having with the ax150i San. Can some one forward me the download link and key to install.... Cheers

Morty

admin:

Hi Morty -- I've just sent you a key and download link via e-mail. I'm also looking into why people aren't receiving their keys. /admin

Andrew Aitken:

I too have tried twice since the release of version 4 to register for free evaluation and still have received no email confirmation.

Could someone please provide link to software?

Thanks

admin:

Andrew, I just sent you a license key.

If anyone else registered for a license key and hasn't received it, please post a comment here and I'll help you out, or send an e-mail to sales@virtualiron.com /admin

Joe Hackett:

I have not received a call either. Please send me a trial license and a link to download version 4.

admin:

Joe -- I've just sent you a license key. /admin

DJ Cline:

Tried to get the demo also and never contacted...tried registering several times...now we're up against the end of our fiscal year and we will probably be going with Xensource since we could directly download that from their site and didn't have to go through all of this hassle just for a DEMO!!! Makes me very wary of what support will be like......I'm still interested in trying it because i think it has many more options than Xen but again....you guys really need to make getting a demo a 10 sec deal instead of a pain in the rear.

admin:

DJ -- Someone should be contacting you shortly with a license key and download links. /admin

admin:

We've streamlined our license key delivery process. If you are requesting a key, you should receive one within one business day. /admin

Sunil Yadav:

I too have tried twice since the release of version 4 to register for free evaluation and still have received no email confirmation.

Could someone please provide links to software and a license?

Thanks

admin:

Hello Sunil -- I just sent a license key to the e-mail you used to post your comment. We did try to contact you three times with the license key but were unable to (probably because the phone number you provided when registering wasn't real or because your e-mail bounced back). I hope you receive the one I just sent...if not, post back here. /admin

Andy:

I registered and downloaded the single server 3.77 product. However it won't install on my server. I've been evaluating Xen on the same server without issue. Would the version 4 product work better.

admin:

Hi Andy -- v4 might help you out...it depends on what installation issue you have (if you want, post the specific problem to our forums and someone can help you: http://www.virtualiron.com/fusetalk/forum/index.cfm?forumid=2)

Do you know if your servers have Intel VT or AMD-V chips? Virtual Iron requires one of these chips to run. If you're not sure, take a look at this blog post for some help: http://blog.virtualiron.com/2007/05/22/the-3second-hardware-virtualiz.html

Andy Stout:

I am trying to run the demo also and haven't received a key...

admin:

Andy -- I just sent you a license key and download links. /admin

Alexandre Joly:

Tried to get the demo also and never get contacted... I also tried registering several times with no success! WTF?

admin:

Alexandre -- I don't see your request in the database. Would you mind filling out the form at http://www.virtualiron.com/free again? I'll keep an eye out for the registration and make sure you get a key. We had some website issues yesterday and today, so perhaps that's what happened. I do apologize for the trouble.

Jerry:

Hello,

I need the virtual iron v4 evaluation software and trial license for test,

Thanks,
Jerry

admin:

Hi Jerry -- Did you receive your key yet? /admin

Jean:

Hello,
I registered but no mail with license key and download link. I would get it soon as possible. Thank you for your help.
Jean
